Not just a physical trainer, but also mental trainer is what you’re getting out of EAJ. Above training, E is also an advisor that’s focus on long term goals. This is the first trainer I’ve ever worked with that helped my game bounce to a new level. EAJ has changed my demeanor on the game and in life. A man who’s straight up that will not sugar coat is what you need to be successful, and that is what you will receive working with EAJ. #RTP

Parent of an EAJ athlete

I signed my son up with EAJ, not for sports training but simply as a healthy physical outlet. Though my son does not currently play sports, he has gained so much from Eric’s program from a mental and physical standpoint. He has even gained a mentor in the process.

EAJ provides a safe place for children to grow, learn and reach their goals. Eric may be a coach at heart, but he genuinely cares for our youth and constantly pushes them to see the value in themselves so they can be their greatest. He’s working to turn our communities sons and daughters into strong young men and women.

We are excited about the work Eric is doing in the community and proud to  be part of the EAJ family.

Client in the "Mommy and E" program

My journey with EAJ initially started as a parent. My son trained with Eric for a while before I saw the work he was putting in and the potential EAJ had for being something much greater than youth sports training.

I had my own fitness goals and I knew he was a person that could help me achieve them. I have been challenged and pushed by Eric, and he makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.

I continue to be impressed by his ability to connect with his clients, his drive, and his passion for seeing others reach their personal goals.

Eric is very attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, yet he knows how much I am capable of and will accept nothing less. I’m excited to see what more EAJ has in store. My son and I plan to be long-term clients and look forward to continuing our journey with EAJ.

EAJ made me the man I️ am today. Eric Washington the founder of EAJ brought me in and treated me like I️ was his son. For 8 years plus Eric motivated me to strive to be better by putting the words “ Respect the Process” into my head. Living by this code I️ learned hard work in the classroom and on the field pays off when the lights are flashing on you on a Friday night, or it’s time to take that big mid-term. EAJ isn’t just a training group it’s a family, and I️ live and die by this.

Parent of EAJ Athlete

Our family has been a part of Elite Athlete’s Journey for a little over two years.  We were  in need for personal training for our oldest son. Coach E listened and implemented a personal
program for him.  He took the time to show him proper technique in footwork, strength training and conditioning.  After a couple weeks of training, we noticed improvement in his performance on the field and on the court.  He was able to push himself above his comfort zone with Coach E’s guidance. With EAJ, you’re not just good, you become great!

Besides training, Coach E is a positive role model to the community. He is very supportive and involved in the success of each of his student athletes. Being a part of this great organization has been answered prayers.
